Karolina Dąbrowska
Karolina was born in Krakow, the historical capital of Poland. She grew up with a strong connection to the traditions and culture. In 2018, Karolina moved to England, where she completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Loughborough University. In 2022, she relocated to the Netherlands and obtained a Master’s degree in Education at Leiden University. She began working with expat children and families in a pedagogical setting, delivering culturally sensitive education to third culture kids across age groups. Inspired by this field, she decided to deepen her understanding of supporting TCKs by pursuing a second Master’s degree in Child & Adolescent Psychology, followed by training in psychoeducational assessment of globally mobile children.
Karolina is passionate about leading EKC assessment services with a thoughtful, evidence-based approach that is culturally and neurologically informed. She focuses on understanding each child’s individual context and strives to offer meaningful guidance for their families and teachers.
By building on her diverse experiences and her own expat journey, Karolina hopes to bring empathetic support to the international community. She blends perspectives from multiple domains to offer a warm, holistic approach that meets children and parents where they are.
Karolina offers support in English and Polish in our offices in Amstelveen, Wassenaar, and online.
