Karolina Dąbrowska

Karolina was born in Cracow, the historical capital of Poland. She grew up with a strong connection to the traditions and culture. In 2018, she moved to England, where she completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Loughborough University. In 2022, she relocated to the Netherlands to obtain two Master’s degrees from Leiden University - in Education and in Child & Adolescent Psychology. She speaks native Polish, fluent English, and intermediate French.

Karolina first began working with expat children and families in a pedagogical setting, delivering culturally sensitive education to third-culture kids across age groups. This led her to develop her qualifications in psychology and pursue training in diagnostics. It focused specifically on understanding the needs and challenges facing children who grow up internationally. In addition to direct work with clients, Karolina is experienced in conducting empirical research and assisting non-profits in curating initiatives for the healthy development of children worldwide.

By building on her diverse experiences and her own expat journey, Karolina hopes to bring meaningful and empathetic support to the international community. She aims to integrate insights from multiple domains to adopt a holistic and individual approach toward each child.
