Self-esteem has a large overall impact on how we are feeling. Often times, one of the roots of depressive or anxious feelings is low self-esteem. Fortunately, self-esteem is something that kids and teens can practice building up – and it begins with recognizing our strengths. With the Self Esteem Journal, your expat kid can spend a week practicing with three prompts a day and learn the basics of loving oneself.
