The Expat Kids Club offers group therapy sessions based on need within the community it serves. At the moment, the following groups are available:
Young Women’s Support Group (ages 13-16 years)
Our meetings aim to increase each participant’s peer-support-network, raise awareness, “normalize” challenges (with some psycho-education about adolescent development, discussion about being “third culture kids,” etc.), as well as to enhance self-awareness and opportunities for connection, both in social environments and at home.
For more information on when these meetings take place, costs, and to inquire about joining, please contact Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org
Mindfulness Course (ages 9-12 years)
This 8 week mindfulness course aims to teach students mindfulness as a life-skill and how to use it in their day-to-day activities. The course begins October 3, 2017. More information regarding the course can be found here.
